On Saturday, April 18, 2015, Comprenew’s Holland Center (11379 East Lakewood Blvd, Holland, MI 49424) is hosting a free data shred day for the community and area businesses from 9 am to noon. Comprenew will be shredding hard-drives and other media items containing information, such as CD’s and DVD’s, while Advanced Document Destruction will be on-site, shredding paper documents (10 box limit per customer). This is also a great time for the community to spring clean and drop off unwanted or non-working electronic items for recycling. Those donating old electronics will receive a discount in Comprenew’s retail store. Whether you are at this event to shred documents or recycle electronics, be sure to head inside and register for some great door prizes.
Comprenew holds the highest level of certifications for electronic recycling and data security. All Comprenew locations accept most electronic devices that have either a battery or a cord for recycling. Security for all data devices is guaranteed. For more information, log onto Comprenew.org.
