Comprenew has adopted Makor, a workflow optimization system that will improve inventory tracking, reporting and customer service. It is a cloud-based system in which every device that enters our processing facility is electronically tagged and tracked from receiving to final outbound disposition. This includes auditing, data security, hard drive processing, and refurbishment or disassembly. In addition to improving accuracy in inventory documentation, Makor increases the level of detail we are able to capture and automates the logistics and invoicing functions.
What this means for our customers is that they will be provided with more detailed information about the electronics they recycle with Comprenew and more efficient pick-up scheduling and invoicing. Makor is just one more way Comprenew is striving to improve customer service.
